What is Gryphon ONE for Meetings:

Gryphon ONE for Meetings allows users to unlock a deeper analysis of their calls, the Gryphon.ai engine determines participant sentiment and highlights key moments of the call. Currently, Gryphon ONE for Meetings is only supported for "Scheduled" and "Start a Meeting" Webex meetings and is not yet supported on "Webex in-space" meetings.

Installing Gryphon ONE for Meetings

  1. Click the following link to install Gryphon ONE for Meetings into your Webex account: Gryphon ONE for Meetings Installation link.
  2. After you receive a successful installation message, you're all set! Gryphon ONE for Meetings is now installed and will be available to join your calls from Gryph.

Using Gryphon ONE for Meetings

  1. Start a Webex Scheduled Meeting
  2. Login to Gryph, select "Webex" from the Call Type list, and click the green "Join Webex meeting" button.
  3. Gryphon ONE for Meetings is now fully installed and is analyzing your calls!

Uninstall Gryphon ONE for Meetings

  1. Navigate to Deauthorize Gryphon ONE for Meetings
  2. Enter your Webex email address and click Deauthorize
  3. Navigate to Webex Account Settings
  4. Sign in using your Webex credentials
  5. Select "Devices"
  6. Select "End Session" next to "Gryphon ONE for Meetings"
